Instructions
Step 1
To restore the integrity of spreadsheets, use Recovery Toolbox for Excel. Download the installation file for this application. Install the program. To do this, accept the terms of the license agreement and select a folder to unpack the files.
Step 2
In the last installation menu, activate the Create desktop icon item. Run the program using the shortcut that appears on the desktop. Click the Open button and select the spreadsheet whose integrity you want to restore.
Step 3
Click the Analyze button and wait a while while the program scans the selected document. After completing this process, you will be presented with a table containing all the information that was recovered.
Step 4
It should be noted that the described utility supports the mode of working with multi-page tables. Switch between sheets for a complete assessment of the quality of the restoration.
Step 5
Install Microsoft Excel. Without it, you will not be able to export the recovered information to your computer hard drive. After completing the installation of the program, click the Export to Excel button located at the bottom of the working window.
Step 6
A new Microsoft Excel spreadsheet will be created immediately after this. Wait until it is automatically filled with information recovered from the file being processed. Close Recovery Toolbox for Excel. Save the new spreadsheet.
Step 7
If you completely deleted the necessary documents, and did not change their content, use the Easy Recovery program. It should be noted that this application has a built-in function for recovering spreadsheets of various sizes.
