Step 1
Antivirus software developers have created special utilities to help remove malicious ad window. Open the page https://www.freedrweb.com/cureit (you can use another computer or laptop for this) and download Dr. Web CureIt. Burn it to a DVD or USB stick
Step 2
Run this program on the infected computer. Please note that it is better to do this in the standard Windows operating mode, and not in the safe one. The system file scan process will start automatically. This is done on purpose, since many banners prevent various applications from launching.

Sometimes the above utility does not cope with the task at hand. In such cases, it is recommended to try to find the correct password that disables the banner. Visit the following resources:

Enter the phone number or other details indicated in the advertising window in the special fields. Click the Get Code or Match Code button. Substitute the combinations given to you in the banner field.

If all attempts to find the correct code were in vain, find and delete the files causing the viral ad window to appear. To do this, start the operating system in safe mode. Restart your computer and hold down the F8 key. Select "Windows Safe Mode".
Step 6
Now open the system partition of your hard drive. Navigate to the Windows folder and then to the System32 directory. Select all files whose name ends with the letters lib and their extension is.dll.
Step 7
Delete all these files. Restart your computer (laptop) and start the system in standard operating mode.
