Perfect World is an online role-playing game developed in China and currently launched in many countries, including Russia (promoted by the mail.ru holding).
The action takes place in the fictional world of Pangu and contains many elements of Chinese mythology. The game has a change of day and night, it is possible to swim under water and fly by air.
The game is free, but to make playing in the perfect world more comfortable, it has a store with many useful items. However, items can also be bought at the auction or directly from players.
To start the game you need:
- Register at https://pw.mail.ru/account.php. Registration is free. You will be prompted to create a game account. It is better to remove the checkbox "use the entered username and password to enter the game" for security purposes, and enter the site and the game account with different credentials. To complete registration, you must read and confirm your agreement with the Rules, User and License Agreement, as well as information on penalties.
- Download the client from https://pw.mail.ru/download.php. The client software is also free.
- Install the client by running PW_setup.exe. During the installation process, simply follow the instructions of the wizard. Please note that this file does not contain all the information required for installation, but is only a bootloader. For it to work correctly, the Internet connection must be active.
- Start the game using the shortcut that appears on the desktop. Enter the name and password you entered during registration. If you are re-entering after the connection is lost, select the Enhanced checkbox.
- Click Sign In. You can now play the perfect world. Start by creating your character. Up to 8 different characters can be associated with your account. You have a difficult choice of one of three races (people, seeds, zoomorphs), after which the character must be assigned a gender and choose a class. Remember that you can adjust the appearance of a character only within 48 hours after its creation. The game has a developed system for working out the appearance, you can even upload your own photo and use it as a model for creativity. Having finished the formation of the character's appearance, you can send him to the game world.
