When sending a file in this way, the messaging program uses the same methods that are most often used to penetrate the computer and all kinds of hackers. Such intrusions must be stopped by a special firewall program. If it is installed and working properly on the recipient's computer, the file will be denied. To eliminate this obstacle, you need to set an exception to the protection rules in the program settings - specify the port number used by the messenger to receive messages and files. In addition to this, in the settings of the messenger itself, you should check the permission to receive files.
Sometimes it is not possible to transfer files from a mobile phone to a computer or vice versa. There may be several reasons for this, the simplest of which is the lack of communication between the two devices. If they are connected with a cable, then the phone may have poor contact between the plug and the connector, and when transmitting via a bluetooth connection, it may be necessary to first switch the device to the search mode. When connecting the phone to a computer, many models offer to select the type of connection for a few seconds, and then do it on their own. If you have not made a choice, and the phone is mistaken, then this may become the reason for the impossibility of transferring files.
Many phone models cannot work directly with the computer operating system and require the installation of additional software. In this case, transferring files bypassing such a proprietary program is impossible.
If yesterday the files passed normally in both directions, and today an error occurs when transferring them to the phone, then it is very likely that the memory card is full. In this case, use the phone's memory to store the files.
