Therefore, it is better to take the disk that comes with the device and reinstall the drivers. If the camera is connected, the drivers are installed, and the computer does not see the device, check if this USB port is working at all. Take any other device that you can connect to it and check it out. For example, a USB flash drive, an external hard drive. If the port is working, then you need to check the cable.
