Surely many girls are sad looking at gorgeous photos of models and actresses in magazines, and do not even suspect that they owe half of their beauty to masters of photo processing and retouching. Almost always, photographers finalize photographs, eliminating imperfections in appearance with the help of Photoshop - and in particular, figure flaws are amenable to editing. If you have a photo in which you would like to see yourself more slim and graceful, try changing it in Photoshop using the Liquify filter.

Instructions

Step 1

Opening the photo in Photoshop, duplicate the layer (Duplicate layer), and then click on the Filter menu and select Liquify to open a filter that allows you to modify the shapes of objects in all possible ways.

Step 2

In the control panel on the left side of the filter window, select the Forward warp tool - a tool that distorts the surface and compresses it - and select the appropriate brush size and its density and pressure, depending on which part of the body you will reduce. You will be constantly adjusting the size as you edit, since different areas of the body will require different brush sizes.

Step 3

In order to prevent distortion of the places that you want to leave unchanged, process them with the Freeze mask tool.

Step 4

Filter the desired areas of the shape and click OK to apply the changes to the photo. To make the changes realistic and get rid of the blur and fuzziness in the processed areas, reopen the filter menu and select the Sharpen section.

Step 5

Then set the Opacity to 50% and create a Create layer mask. After that, invert the mask by pressing Ctrl + I.

Step 6

Having chosen white on the palette, paint over the distorted areas with a brush at the beginning of processing, and then slightly reduce the transparency of the layer. The sharpness of the photo will return and the changes will look authentic.
