Instructions
Step 2
From the Filter menu, choose Liquify. This command has its own toolbar and great customization options. Press Z to zoom in, Alt + Z to zoom out. Use the Hand tool to move the drawing across the screen.
Step 3
Protect the pupil and iris in the image from distortion before reshaping the eyes. Select the Freeze Mask Tool from the toolbar and mask over the protected area. You can remove the mask with the Thaw Mask Tool ("Unfreeze").
Step 4
Press W to activate the Forward Warp Tool ("Warp"). The cursor will look like a circle with a cross in the center. Set the Density and Pressure settings to low values for smooth correction. Choose the diameter of the brush depending on the subject.
Step 5
Move the cursor over the upper eyelid and change the lash line. The picture under the cross will change. Correct the lower eyelid in the same way. If you are not satisfied with the result, cancel the actions by clicking Restore all. Click OK to save your changes.
Step 6
You can adjust the shape of the eyes with the Push Left Tool. Set the parameters as for the Forward Warp Tool. If you trace an object counterclockwise with this tool, the image will decrease, clockwise - it will increase.
