Step 1
You can clear the DNS cache through the Windows command line. To do this, click "Start", then the line "Run", type the command cmd there and press "Enter" (enter). A window with a black background will open, in which after a line starting as C: Documents and Settings, etc. you need to enter ipconfig / flushdns and press "Enter" again. If you did everything correctly, then you should see a record that the DNS resolver cache was flushed successfully.

However, this may not happen. If an entry appears in the window: "Unable to flush the DNS Resolver cache: function failed during execution", or the same in English: "Could not flush the DNS Resolver cache: function failed during execution", then you have disabled the DNS service. client. It turns on through the same line "Run", which is in the "Start" menu. Type services.msc there and hit enter. In the window, select the DNS client service from the list and click on the "Start service" button.

In addition to cleaning the system DNS cache (that is, yours), you may also need to clear the provider's cache. This is necessary if you cannot get to your personal site. This happens especially often after moving from one hosting to another. Ideally, a call to technical support should solve this problem, but you can do without it.
Open notepad (not paper, but notepad in Start) and press ctrl + O. Do the following path: C: WindowsSystem32drivers and open the hosts file (to do this, type the word hosts in the "Filename" line).
