Windows uses the built-in application manager to remove unnecessary programs. It allows you to view a list of almost all installed utilities, and perform recovery or removal operations with them. You can also run the utility for removing unnecessary applications through this program, but in its work it is not much different from the work of the standard Windows cleaning manager.

There are special managers who thoroughly remove programs, leaving a minimum amount of "garbage". When removing a large amount of software, it will be advisable to use them.
