Step 1
Open the program. The main window of the program will appear in front of you. Click on the inscription "Forgot your password?"
Step 2
After that, a web browser will open, with the program's data recovery page. On the page in the field "Enter your email address or ICQ number:" enter your address. In the lower field, enter the captcha (the numbers in the picture needed to verify that you are a living person, not a robot). An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.
Step 3
Go to your mailbox, open the letter from ICQ and follow the link to reset your password. The page for this program will reopen.
Step 4
Enter a new password on it and click "Finish". After that, you will have a new password with which you can enter the messenger.
