Often, a decrease in computer speed occurs due to its strong information pollution. There are several proven methods to improve the speed of your computer.
Instructions
Step 1
Deleting temporary data. The cache of old browser pages, error logs, temporary files of various programs and other garbage - all this settles on your hard disk and affects the speed of its work.
Use the popular CCleaner program to clean up your hard drive.
Step 2
With Disk Defragmenter, you can restore the structure of files scattered in small pieces all over the hard disk. You can defragment a disk using the standard "Defragmentation" utility available from the disk properties. You cannot move files and folders during defragmentation, otherwise you may lose some of your important data.
Step 3
Visual design is a nice but very energy-consuming option. You can turn off visuals by right-clicking on "My Computer", then selecting "Properties" and "Advanced".
