Step 1
Run the program whose interface you want to translate into Russian. Open its settings, find the language options function or appearance settings (Settings, Language, Interface Settings). Change the system language to Russian.

Many programs support changing the language in the background, to do this, just right-click on the application minimized to the tray and find the corresponding item in the menu that appears. Change the value to Russian. The application bar running in the background is in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 3
Use a special localization program in order to translate into Russian this or that program, in the settings of which there is no provision for changing the language to the one you need. To do this, enter the appropriate query in the search engine, download the crack, check the program for viruses and malicious code and run the installer.
Step 4
Follow the instructions of the system, if necessary, specify the path to the folder with the installed program. In some cases, the downloaded file must be placed in the application language directory in Program Files, which is located on the local disk.
Step 5
If you want to translate the interface of the Windows operating system into Russian, you can do this on the Windows Update server by selecting the Russian language of the downloaded updates in the settings.
Step 6
If you need to install support for the Russian language of the Windows Seven menu, download specially designed programs called Windows 7 Language Pack. In this case, be sure to take into account such a parameter of your operating system as bit depth. It can be viewed in the properties of the "My Computer" menu, as well as in various programs that contain information about the installed system.
