Express panel (quick access panel, SpeedDial) is usually called a special browser plug-in that allows you to instantly move to recently visited and / or saved sites.
Instructions
Step 1
Install the SpeedDial plugin for the selected browser on the Add-on page of the official website.
Step 2
Restart your browser to apply the selected changes and open a new tab to see the new plugin in action.
Step 3
Go to the "Initial SpeedDial Configuration" item and apply the checkbox to the "In new and empty windows" field of launching the Speed Dial in new open windows, or select the "In new blank tabs" option (for Mozilla Firefox).
Step 4
Check the box next to "Add SpeedDial button to the toolbar" to get quick access to the express panel functions, or select the "Install SpeedDial home page" installation option (for Mozilla Firefox).
Step 5
Use the advanced settings window to set the display parameters of the cell size, the way Internet pages are displayed in cells, the size of the express panel itself, and the number of cells (for Mozilla Firefox).
Step 6
Launch Windows Explorer and expand C: / Documents and Settings / username / Application Data / Opera / Opera / profile (for Opera).
Step 7
Select the speeddial.ini file and open it in Notepad to perform the operation of changing the number of cells of the express panel (for Opera).
Step 8
Insert a blank line at the end of the document and enter the following values:

Rows = desired_number_lines
Columns = desired_number_columns (for Opera).

Save your changes and exit Notepad (for Opera).
