In addition, the vents themselves can become clogged, which can also negatively affect the cooling level. Sometimes the cause of overheating of the mobile computer is an incorrectly configured power mode. Typically, coolers operate at 40-50% full power to conserve battery power. This allows you to use your laptop for longer without being connected to AC power, but increases the risk of overheating the internal parts. Sometimes not all devices are subject to strong heating, but only the central processor or video adapter. Usually these symptoms are caused by old thermal paste. This mixture provides fast heat exchange between the processor or chipset of the video card and the cooling radiators that are installed on these devices. If the thermal paste has dried out, the equipment gives off heat much more slowly, which leads to an increase in temperature.
