Step 1
Install this program. Installation will take only a couple of minutes, because the distribution kit of the program is very small. Run the program.
Step 2
Open a photo of a girl or boyfriend.
Step 3
To add a background to this photo, open the background file. Press Ctrl + A (select all) and Ctrl + C (copy). Go to your photo - click the "Edit" menu - "Paste as New Layer".

For a picture with a background, you need to set a higher transparency. Click the "Adjustments" menu - the "Transparency" item. In the window that opens, move the slider to 150 units. This is done in order to see the photo through the background texture. Use the Eraser tool to clean up unnecessary background fragments.

Next we need an additional effect - "Anti-aliasing - AA's Asistant". It must be installed by downloading it from the Internet in advance.

Next, use the Gradient Circle tool - it will round off the background texture.

Copy the background layer by clicking the "Duplicate" button on the layers panel. The copy of this layer needs to be recolored in a different color. There are tons of effects and add-ons to perform this operation. Take advantage of the "Single Hue" effect.

Use the Linear Gradient tool to add transparency to the new layer.
