Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to find the driver itself. It is stored on the disc supplied with the equipment. Insert this disc into your CD / DVD-ROM.

If there is no disk, then find the driver on the Internet and download it to your computer.

Step 2

Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Step 3

Right click on Computer and select Properties. The "System" console will open in front of you.

Step 4

In the left part of the window that opens, select "Device Manager". The operating system will ask you to confirm the action, click "OK". If a password is set on the administrator account, then you will have to enter it.

Step 5

In the "Device Manager" select the required hardware. Perhaps it will be in the category "Other devices" under the name "Unknown device". Right-click on it and select "Update Drivers …".

Step 6

In the window that opens, select "Search for drivers on this computer."

Step 7

Click the Browse button and specify the path to the device driver. Click "Next" and wait for the system to respond to the operation.

If you do not know exactly where the driver is located or did not download it from the Internet in advance, then select the "Automatic driver search" item. The computer itself will search for drivers on the computer and on the Internet.
