Removing the background from a photo using Photoshop is not very difficult, but then such an image can be transformed with a new background or become the basis for an effective collage.
Necessary
Adobe Photoshop program
Instructions
Step 1
There are several ways to remove the background from a photo in Photoshop. Here are two of them. Open the photo you want to remove the background from. Create a copy of the layer using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + J. Make the original layer invisible by clicking on the eye opposite this layer from the Layers palette menu. Take the Background Eraser Tool (on the scissors icon on the background of the eraser), set the following parameters: large diameter of the tool, Sampling: Continuous (on the icon with an eyedropper and a small pale eyedropper), Tolerance: 40%. After that, you can erase the background in the photo. In order to make sure that there are no small artifacts left from the background, create a new layer using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N or on the Layers palette. Fill it with # 000000 black. This layer should be below the one you just removed the background from. Now, using the Background Eraser Tool, remove small spots and other background artifacts, if any.
Step 2
In order to use the second method, open the photo from which you want to remove the background. Now the image is on the Background layer, which is locked by default, there should be a padlock next to the layer name. In order to remove this blocking, double-click on the name of the layer. A dialog box will appear in which you can change the parameters of the layer, but if this is not necessary, then just click OK. Take the Magnetic Lasso Tool and use it to start tracing the outlines of the shapes that you want to keep, or the outlines of the background that you want to remove. The Magnetic Lasso Tool is magnetized to the edge of objects, but you still need to click often with the mouse to make the line more accurate, especially in those places where the boundaries between colors are not brightly expressed. At the end, connect the beginning and the end of the line. If you have outlined objects that you want to keep, then invert the selection using the Select - Inverse command. Use Delete to remove the background. After that, erase the remaining errors with an eraser.
