Entering keys into receivers is carried out in different ways, everything may depend on the manufacturer, firmware version, device model and other parameters. Entering keys on Golden interstar is done in the same way for all models with an emulator in the firmware.
Necessary
firmware with emulator for your golden interstar
Instructions
Step 1
Determine if your receiver model has an emulator. You can find out by reading information about it on the Internet. There is also another way. Take the remote control from the receiver and press the "0" button. If after that two graphs appear on the screen - one showing the signal strength, and the other displaying its quality parameters), then there is no emulator in your golden interstar model and entering the keys in this case is impossible. If after pressing "0" a list of available providers, encodings and keys is displayed on your screen, then there is an emulator in your model.
Step 2
You can also replace the receiver's firmware with the one in which it is present. You can change the receiver's firmware using the information on specialized sites and forums, for example, here: https://www.tvraduga.ru/pages/id/16. Please note that the program must match the model.
Step 3
Select the encoding and provider using the arrow buttons on the remote. Find the one that matches your service provider and click OK. Make changes in the table using the special prompts in the menu. Enter the corresponding key and save it to the internal memory of the golden interstar using the red button labeled FTA / CAS.
Step 4
Check the result of your actions. Turn off and on the receiver after saving, check if the encoded channel for which you entered and saved in the golden interstar's memory has opened after the changes made. Ideally, it should open first after switching.
Step 5
If you failed to enter the key the first time, try repeating the sequence again, be especially careful at the stage of choosing the encoding. If you are unable to enter the code after several attempts, try changing the receiver's firmware.
