Instructions

Step 1

Use a consistent color style for your presentation. And if for friends and relatives you can make the background pink, red or bright blue, then for business presentations it is recommended to use muted tones that do not distract from the main text and images - green, beige, calm yellow.

Step 2

The layout and design of the slides should also be consistent. If you have already decided that the text will be located at the bottom, and at the top - pictures, then follow this principle until the end of the presentation. Scattering text across the slide will lead to ripples in the eyes and fading away interest in your presentation.

Step 3

Try to keep the text format consistent throughout your presentation, too. As experienced designers and graphic designers say, there is no better typeface than Times New Roman. It is worth listening to. The letter size and spacing must also be the same. Do not get carried away with italics, unless, of course, this is a congratulatory presentation to your grandmother on an anniversary.

Step 4

Do not overload the slides with text, because you will say all this in your speech. On the slides, only theses should be reflected - the most important points from the speech that the listener should remember, definitions, important components of your project.

Step 5

But the presence of images, diagrams and diagrams is encouraged. Of course, five pictures on the slide won't look good, but to illustrate the most important thing is your duty. Images should complement the text, make it brighter and more accessible, but in no way interfere with it. And don't get carried away with animated images. It's beautiful, but too much moving pictures won't brighten up your presentation.

Step 6

You can insert a background sound, the main condition here is that the melody is calm, unobtrusive, light, quiet.
