The software product "1C" is designed to automate and optimize the activities of an enterprise. Initially, the 1C program was designed to automate accounting. What the 1C program consists of

The "Configurator" mode is necessary to configure the modes required for the user of the program. In the "Configurator" mode, configurations are loaded that contain information about the structure of documents and accounting forms. It is the configuration that determines the orientation of the 1C software. The configuration includes the following components: a set of constants, the composition and structure of directories, forms of operations and postings, a user interface, report algorithms and much more.
The main work of the user occurs when the "1C: Enterprise" mode is launched. This is where the system functions in the required production process. In the "1C: Enterprise" mode, information is entered, postings are made, reports are generated. The user can enter and analyze the information according to the system configuration.
How to work in the 1C program
The interface of the 1C program is quite simple and straightforward for the user. To get started, you need to launch a new version of the program and connect the infobase. In the window that appears on the screen, you need to write the path to the infobase. Then run the program in 1C: Enterprise mode.
When you start the program for the first time, an assistant should appear that will help you configure the necessary parameters. Be sure to fill in the information about the organization in the "Service" section. In a typical configuration, the required string is called "Organization Information", but in non-standard applications it may have a different name. Then the program directories are filled in. For example, information about employees must be entered in the “Employee Directory”.
Bank details are entered into the "Bank details" line, information about partners is entered into the "Contractors" directory. In the sections "Payment documents" and "Bank", the data on the current account are filled in. All movements on financial transactions will be displayed in the corresponding journals. In typical configurations there are sections "Invoices", "Goods", "Invoice" for keeping records of manufactured and sold products. All entered data must be checked.
Further work with 1C software depends on the direction of the application. If you have to work in the application "1C: Accounting", then you need to study the standard forms of reports and postings in the program. When working with a configuration designed to automate the other direction, you need to learn the basic principles of working in this application.
