Step 1
Download and install Adobe Image Ready on your computer, it is usually automatically installed with Adobe Photoshop. You can also use analogs of this program, having previously performed a search on the Internet and familiarized yourself with all the available functions, advantages and disadvantages. They all have a similar algorithm for editing animation images. If during installation you will be prompted to perform file association to select the default program for opening certain images, perform this action by ticking the necessary items at your discretion.

In the application that opens, select the image editing menu item. Select one of the animation components in the panel below, resize it using the editing tools. Perform this action with others, while keeping in mind that the size of the images must be the same.

Apply changes. Some programs support the function of reducing or enlarging animation images at once, without editing each component separately.
