Step 1
The first thing to do in order to make changes to save cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers is to launch the application window. After the browser starts, you need to open the main menu in it, if it is not displayed immediately when starting programs.

On the main browser menu, select the "Service" tab by clicking on it with the left mouse button. In the drop-down menu, click on the "Delete Browsing History" item (for Internet Explorer). Or go to the "Tools" tab of the main menu in the Firefox browser window and select "Options".

In the "Delete browsing history" window that opens in Internet Explorer, uncheck the "Cookies" item. In the Firefox browser, select the "Privacy" tab in the "Settings" window.

After that, in the Internet Explorer browser window, click on the "Cancel" or "Delete" button (if the checkbox is checked to clear cookies) and confirm the actions by clicking on the "OK" button.
