Step 1
The manufacturer Asus tries to make the most comfortable keyboards on their laptops - they save the space occupied by the buttons. The principle of reducing the number of keys is that many buttons can perform several functions, you just have to transfer them to another "mode". Please note that the Asus laptop keyboard has a dedicated 'Fn' key highlighted in color. Other well-known buttons also have colored icons. The fact is that when you press and hold "Fn", you can set commands using the additional functions of these keys. To quickly turn on the webcam on an Asus laptop using the keyboard, press and hold the "Fn" key, at the same time press the button on which the camera is drawn. A green light will immediately light up next to the webcam - a signal of its activation, and the Life Frame program will open on the monitor.
Step 2
Enable the Life Frame software, that is, the web computer. By default, it is on the desktop. Click on it with your mouse. Life Frame is activated, you can use your webcam.
Step 3
Asus Camera Screen Saver is the standard software for Asus laptops. On a newly configured laptop, it is also on the desktop. Click on the Asus Camera Screen Saver shortcut and the webcam will turn on. However, this is not a program for photos and communication, this is just a demonstration of the capabilities of the Asus webcam.
