To show a software malfunction or other type of malfunction, the chat or messenger interlocutor needs to send a graphic file with a picture of the computer screen and the problem itself. If you take a picture of the screen, the image quality will be rather poor. In addition, flash glare and reflections on the glass will impair visibility. Instead of a camera, it is better to use standard computer tools.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the window you want to capture. This can be a browser page or a program window. Scroll the page so you can see your subject.
Step 2
On the keyboard, find the "Print Screen" key (from English - screen printing). It is located in the top row, slightly to the left of the middle and is marked with the following letters: “Prt Sc Sys Rq”. Click it.
Step 3
Open any graphics editor, for example, the standard editor of the Windows operating system - "Paint".
Step 4
Press the combination “Ctrl-V” for any keyboard layout or click the “Paste” command in the “Edit” menu. The screen will be displayed in the editor.
Step 5
Open the menu "File" - "Save As …". Select a folder to save the file, enter its name and format. Press the Enter button and close the file. Now you can send a photocopy of the screen to your chat partner.
