Step 1
First, get a Wi-Fi router that works with your ISP. Check for a WAN or DSL connector on this network device. Connect the router to AC power and turn it on.

Connect desktop computers to the LAN connectors using network cables. Turn on one of these computers and launch your browser. Open the instructions for the Wi-Fi router and find the standard IP address of this device in it. Specify the values of the username and password that must be entered to gain access to the settings of the router.

Enter the IP address in the browser field, fill in the Login and Password fields. Now configure the mode of operation of the Wi-Fi router. Open the WAN menu. Set the required values of the data transfer protocol type, enter the data required for authorization on the provider's server and select the DHCP function operation mode. Save the WAN menu settings.
Step 4
Now open the Wireless Settings menu and configure your wireless network. Specify its name, select a strong type of data encryption. Specify the specific type of radio signal, if required.
Step 5
Now go to advanced settings. Activate the Firewall and NAT functions. Open the routing table and change routes for some ports, if necessary. Usually, the Route Table is configured independently only when it is necessary to provide access not only to the Internet, but also to the intranet resources of your provider.
Step 6
Save all changes to the Wi-Fi router settings. Reboot this device. Wait for the router to connect to the internet. Now turn on your mobile computers and connect them to the created hotspot. Make sure that both types of networks have Internet access. Check the ability to exchange information between networks.
