The developers of Windows 7 are seriously concerned about the problem that Russian engineers call "foolproof." By default, the user is very limited in rights. Administrator rights are required to run some programs and delete files created by third-party programs.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have selected the classic view of the Start menu on your computer, go to Control Panel and open the Administrative Tools node. Otherwise, the Administration group is located in the Small Icons category of Control Panel.
Step 2
Double-click the Computer Management node and expand the Local Users and Groups snap-in. In the Name list on the right side of the management console, expand the Users folder. Right-click on the "Administrator" account and select "Properties" from the context menu. Uncheck the box next to the "Disable account" item.
Step 3
In the "Full name" field, make an entry that does not match the name of the owner of the computer, which was specified during the installation of the operating system. Click "Apply" and OK to confirm, restart your computer and log in with a new account.
Step 4
The management console can be called in another way. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon to open the drop-down menu and select the "Manage" command. On the left side of the console, click the Local Users and Groups snap-in.
Step 5
You can also disable User Account Control (UAC). In Control Panel, expand the User Accounts node. Check the item "Change control parameters …" and move the slider to the lower position. The system will treat any user as an administrator.
Step 6
There is one more way. In the program launch window, enter secpol.msc and right-click on the command launch icon. Check "Run with administrator rights". Expand the Local Policies and Security Settings nodes.
Step 7
In the list of policies, find "Accounts: Record Status" Administrator ". Right-click on it, select the "Properties" option and switch the state switch to the "Enable" position.
Step 8
If you have Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Home Basic installed on your computer, select Run from the Start menu and type cmd into the program's launch window. Right-click on the command line icon that appears and select the "Run as administrator" option.
Step 9
Enter net user Administrator / active: yes. Confirm by pressing Enter and restart your computer. Log in with your administrator login.
