Often there are problems with connecting audio or video systems to a personal computer. One of the most common is considered to be a 5.1 system, since you have to fiddle with system settings a lot.
It is necessary
cables to the system 5.1
Instructions
Step 1
This system consists of five speakers and one subwoofer. All this is connected to the computer using special cables. First of all, read the instructions provided with this system. Connect all cables to the system, and place the speakers in the corners of the room, and the subwoofer is best placed next to the computer, just place it on the floor as it emits strong sound waves.
Step 2
Next, you need to configure the system on your computer so that all speakers work the same. As soon as the cable is connected to the computer, a small window will pop up showing a room with five speakers and a subwoofer. This is a visual projection of your system. Click on the Diagnostics button for the system to automatically generate a beep for each speaker. You will need to configure which speakers you will have in the center and which are side speakers.
Step 3
As practice shows, this operation takes at least 30 minutes. If all the settings are made, try starting a player to play music. Walk up to each speaker and listen to how the sound is played. If there is no sound, check the connection cables as they might not be connected or disconnected accidentally.
Step 4
In the future, the system will work correctly. Try to hide all the wires under the carpet, as you can accidentally hook them and break them, which will damage the speakers or the entire system as a whole. These connection operations are identical in almost all Windows operating systems, so even novice users of a personal computer will not have any special problems during installation.
