The air of most popular radio stations has long been possible to listen to not only on conventional receivers. Any modern computer gives you the opportunity to enjoy music and programs.

Online radio stations
The easiest way is to listen to radio on the Internet. All you need is basic website skills and a stable internet connection. Its speed must be at least 128 kbps, and almost all providers provide such a connection today.
To listen to the radio online, you need to find the site of the radio station you are interested in. It's easy to do: go to a search engine (Yandex, Google, etc.) and type in the name. By clicking on one of the first lines, you will be taken to the desired resource, where instructions for listening to the broadcast are given.
However, it is not necessary to search for official sites. You can find portals that allow you to choose from dozens or even hundreds of radio stations. Search is possible by different word combinations (for example, "listen to the radio").
Media players
You can also listen to radio stations through music players (Windows Media Player, AIMP, Winamp, etc.). However, first you need to find the radio stream file, which will then be opened by these programs. Such a file is also called a playlist, it has the pls extension. You can find it on various Internet resources, including those described above. For example, you go to the site of a radio station, find there a section on listening to the broadcast online. Usually there are several links to files with the pls extension. This is exactly what you need.
After the file has been downloaded, it must be opened in the player. Let's take Winamp as an example. Open the program, click "File" - "Open". In the window that appears, select the downloaded playlist, press OK. It will be added to the playlist, after which you will need to double-click on it or click on "Play". If everything is in order with the Internet connection, the desired radio will play on the computer.
Special programs
For those who do not like the listed methods, there is another one - to install the program for listening to radio stations. One of them is All-Radio. It is very simple to use it: go to the main window, select the “Radio” tab, specify the proposed parameters and enjoy the selected radio channel.
