Today developers are releasing games from which music can be easily extracted. To do this, you just need to know in which folders to find special files or use the search. In some cases, special software may be required, but the number of such gaming complexes tends to be minimal.
Step 2
First of all, you need to identify the folder where the game was installed. To do this, find the launch shortcut on the desktop and view its properties - right-click on the object and select "Properties". In the window that opens, copy the address from the "Working folder" field.
Step 3
Launch any Windows Explorer window and paste the copied value, then press the Enter key. In the directory that opens, you should find sections with multimedia files, as a rule, these are Data and other names in which the word data is present. After moving to this directory, you will see a division into categories (sound, video, etc.).

Now you have to tackle the most difficult process - finding the desired audio file. Some games can contain a large amount of music, sometimes up to 10 thousand tracks. Most of these tracks are background music or short speech cues.

For a quick search, it is recommended to sort the files by size. Right-click on an empty space in the open window, select the "View" section and click on the "Table" item. Left-click on the "Size" element. Large files will be displayed at the top of this list. Using any audio player, you can load these files into the playlist and listen to them.
Step 6
If you find that there are no programs that play audio files on your computer, use Windows Media Player, which is built into Windows operating systems.
