With the help of a computer, or rather, the software that is installed on it, you can draw any graphic scheme. Today the computer has become a working tool for an engineer, architect, and topographer. But in order to develop and draw the simplest scheme, including electronic, there is no need to purchase special expensive software.
Instructions
Step 1
You can draw the usual simple flowchart if you have a text editor Word installed on your computer, one of the modules of the popular Microsoft Office. Before drawing a diagram on a computer, think about how its main elements will be located, their shape and how it will be oriented - as a "portrait" or as an "album".
Step 2
In older versions of Word, you could draw flowcharts by activating the Draw panel, selecting various geometric shapes, the type of arrows, frames and connecting lines on it. To draw flowcharts in newer versions of Word, select the Insert tab on the top bar and activate the Shapes menu item.
Step 3
Click on the Shapes button. In the drop-down menu, you will see the entire arsenal of graphic tools that you can use to draw diagrams. These are basic geometric shapes, in the form of which frames can be drawn, as well as lines, curly arrows and leaders of various types. You can change the size and position of each shape as you need by moving it around the page and stretching it with the mouse.
Step 4
To make an inscription within the frames set by the shapes, activate the text function by selecting the frame and clicking the left mouse button on the icon with the text image in the top menu. Having selected any element from those that make up the scheme, you can also change the style of its design, select the colors of the fill, frame, text.
Step 5
The radio hobbyist may need to draw a diagram that is slightly more complex than what Word suggests. In this case, the sPlan graphic editor version 6.0 or 5.0 is perfect. Find and download this free program on the Internet. Install the editor on your computer and launch it. In the left side panel, you will see a whole library of graphic elements, which are divided into categories: relays, microcircuits, capacitors, etc. Click on the element you need with the left mouse button and drag it onto the diagram, placing it in the required place.
Step 6
The sPlan editor also has the ability to draw flowcharts and position labels in their elements. To connect the parts of the schemes, select any type of lines by specifying their thickness on the appropriate panel. You can save the scheme in the internal format of the program. It is also possible to save it as an image to be sent by e-mail or posted on the Internet.
