A certain category of games designed for the Sony Playstation console can be launched using a stationary or mobile computer. To carry out this process, you must use an emulator program.

Instructions
Step 1
Find and download the ePSXe program, the version of which should not be lower than 1.6. Unpack the files from the downloaded archive. Install the application to your computer hard drive.
Step 2
Prepare game disc images for Sony Playstation. These files must be created using original discs. Run the ePSXe program.
Step 3
Click the Settings Wizard tab. This menu may open automatically during the first launch. In the first dialog menu select scph 9002 - PAL. Click "Next".
Step 4
Wait for the window titled "Video Settings" to launch. Click the Pete's OpenGL Driver button. Select "Customize". In the lower left corner, find the Nice button. Click it and save the parameters. Proceed to the next menu.
Step 5
Highlight Pete's DSound Audio Driver and click Next. This parameter will provide high-quality decoding of the audio signal. In the next dialog box, specify the ePSXe CDR WNT / W2K core option and click Next.
Step 6
Customize your keyboard layout for a comfortable gaming experience. If you have a joystick, connect it to a USB port on your computer and set up the joystick. Change the layout settings for the second user in the same way. Click the Ok and Agree buttons.
Step 7
Run the Daemon Tools (Alcohol Soft) program and create a new virtual drive. It is not necessary to mount the disk yet. In the ePSXe program menu, open the "Settings" tab and select the CD-Rom item. Click the Configure button and select a virtual drive letter.
Step 8
Mount the disk image to a virtual drive. Restart the ePSXe program. Open the File menu. Click the Run CD-Rom button. Wait for the image to start and enjoy the gameplay.
