Various illustrations can be created using Photoshop. Use the finished drawings at your discretion: use as a frame or make your own emoticon.

Step 1
So, open the program and create a new document 150 * 150 px. Use a dark blue color for the background. Take the brush tool, open the list with shapes, find the star shape and press Ctrl.

Left-click on the layers palette twice. Then go to the "Selection" menu, from the list of commands select "Modify", and then "Expand". Set the numeric value to 3 and create a new layer on top of the previous one, fill the selection with an azure tint.

Next, deselect the selection by pressing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + D. At the bottom of the Layers palette, press f, open the Style menu and choose Emboss - set it to 21% and 5 px.
Step 4
Create a new layer, set the foreground and background colors and load the selection by pressing the Ctrl key. Click on the first image with a star in the layers palette, take the Gradient tool, select a linear one and drag it from top to bottom on the image with a star. Then click the Selection tool, set a bright blue color and fill the dark area inside the star.
Step 5
Now create a new layer again, draw a small line with the brush size 3 * 1 px. Select the image and fill it with white. Draw another strip, only with dimensions of 1 * 3 pixels, the resulting cross is a small asterisk.
Step 6
Create a group of layers and move the image with a small star into it, duplicate the layer several times. Now click on the big star layer. Move the image with the alt="Image" key. All layers with asterisks should be in the same folder. If you created a frame, stop at this step and save your artwork in jpeg format.
Step 7
You can create an animated emoticon, for this you will have to continue the work. Create three groups of layers, the stars should be in different positions. Draw a medium sized star and place the image in a new group, duplicate a few times.
Step 8
Create another star - different in shape. Make duplicates and place in a new group. You should have multiple folders with small stars - medium and large. Save the resulting file in psd format.
Step 9
Then open it again and turn on "Image Ready". The "Animation" tab can be opened through the "Window" menu. Turn off the visibility of the layers in the two folders with small, medium and large stars. Leave the "eyes" in only one folder with stars of each size.
Step 10
Create a new frame and set the time, for example, 0.1 sec. Leave the other set of stars visible and repeat the framing procedure. The actions with the third set are the same. Then save the file as a.gif"
