Star-force is a disc copy protection system. It is mainly used by game publishers so that users buy licensed discs rather than downloading a hacked game from the Internet. Often, when starting a game, you need to have a game disc in the drive.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the necessary software to bypass Starforce protection. First, download and install the Alcohol 120% program not lower than version 1.9.2 (it requires registration). You can download it from the website: www.alcohol-soft.com.
Step 2
Also download the free Daemon-tools version 4.0 from www.daemon-tools.cc. Install software to remove StarfForce protection. Reboot your computer.
Step 3
Launch the Alcohol program, select the "File" menu in the main application window, then select the "Settings" item. Open the sections "Emulation" and "Extra-emulation" in sequence, check the boxes in all items. Click the "OK" button, then insert the disc from which you want to remove StarForce protection.
Step 4
Go to the "File" menu, select "Create Image". Then select the drive with the disk, check the boxes in the items: "Reading data from the current disk", "Measuring data positioning", select the data type "Custom", click "Next". Select the "High" speed. After creating the image, shut down the computer, unplug the drives. Turn on your computer.
Step 5
Right-click the Daemon-tools icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. Select the Emulation section of the context menu, check the RMPS item. Next, select the virtual drive, the Mount image command, in the window that opens, select the image file that was created using the Alcohol program.
Step 6
Open the folder with the installed game, find there a folder named Drive. Go to the "Start" menu, select the "Control Panel" command, then the "Hardware Installation" option. Click the "Next" button, you will need to install the driver to bypass the game's protection.
Step 7
Select the option "The device is already connected", click "Next", go to the bottom of the list, select the command "Add a new device". In the next window, select the command "Install hardware from the list manually". Next, click Show All Devices and select the Have Disk option. Click Next. Add the dev000.inf file. It is contained in the Drive folder of the installed game. Next, uninstall and reinstall the game.
