Opponents in Counter Strike can be not only people connected to the server in multiplayer mode. In addition to humans, there can be bots on the server - players controlled by computer "intelligence". You can place bots both in multiplayer mode and in single player mode.
Instructions
Step 1
Start the Counter Strike game and create a new server. To do this, click on the "New game" line in the Counter Strike start window. This will open the future server settings dialog box. Make a choice of the card you plan to play on. Then, in the same window, open the game options settings tab and set the desired gameplay parameters in it, such as the seconds of freezing before the start of each round, the time per round, the starting amount of dollars from the connected players, the ability to shoot at friends, and others. Then click OK and wait for the game world to load. This can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the power of the computer.
Step 2
After loading the game, select the team for which you will play. Then start the game console by clicking on the button with the Russian letter "E". To add bots, write the command "bot_quota n" in the console, where n is the number of bots that will be added to the server. All bots will be evenly distributed among teams, the number of which is regulated by automatic balance. You can place bots for a specific team using the codes "bot_add_ct" (plus one bot for counter-terrorists) and "bot_add_t" (plus one bot for terrorists). Also, bots can be added by pressing the H key right in the game and choosing the "Add zbot" command.
Step 3
you can install bots on your server in such a way that they all play for one team. To do this, open the console and enter the code "mp_limitteams 20" in it. Now the maximum number of players in one team is 20. Then write the code "mp_autoteambalance 0", which turns off the automatic adjustment of the number of players in teams. Then add bots using the codes described in the previous step.
