Step 1
Download the distribution kit of the program from its official website https://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/antivirus.php. Save the installer to any folder on your computer, for example C: / temp
Step 2
Double click on the distribution kit, thereby starting the installation. If Windows OS asks about allowing this program to make changes on the local computer, agree to this. This program cannot harm your computer.
When installing the program, the installer will prompt you to select the path for the location of its files. If you do not know which path is better to choose, leave it as the default.
Step 3
After installation, restart your computer. Pay attention - the comodo antivirus icon appeared in the tray. Double click on it with the left mouse button. In the program window that opens, click the "update" button to get the most recent anti-virus database. The update may take a long time. Wait for it to finish and restart your computer again. Now the antivirus is correctly installed and fully protects your computer. Right click on the Comodo tray icon to disable Sandbox mode. This mode should be enabled only when working in a very dangerous virus environment, or when running programs that are known to be infected.
