The monitor is a very important part of the computer. Both the comfort when working on the computer and the health of the user depend on the monitor. Like any other technique, the monitor is prone to breakdowns. Their reasons may be improper transportation and installation of the monitor, improper operation of the monitor, the use of low-quality components when assembling the monitor, as well as the failure of internal elements. In the latter case, to eliminate the breakdown, it is necessary to replace the defective elements of the monitor, for which it must be disassembled.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the monitor on a flat surface to avoid damaging the matrix.
Remove the stand on which the monitor stands.
Step 2
Gently push with your thumbs on both sides of the knob that blocks access to the bolts on the back of the monitor. Then pull up a little so that the latches do not snap into place.
Remove the cover, unscrew the bolts and remove the back cover of the monitor.
Step 3
Peel off the two black stickers and disconnect the wires that are under them, then remove the two screws on each side that hold the chip box.
Disconnect the ribbon cable from the microcircuits to the matrix.
Step 4
In order to pull the microcircuits out of the box, unscrew the two bolts that perform two functions: 1 - fixing the connector itself; 2 - fixing the cable that is connected to this connector.
Unscrew the bolts from all the microcircuits and carefully remove them. That's it, the monitor is disassembled, now you can repair or clean it. Reassemble the monitor carefully in the reverse order.
