Antiviruses are not simple programs. Many of them require a special approach to be removed from the computer. Kaspersky Anti-Virus is one of the most popular, at the same time one of the most demanding on computer resources - therefore, having installed it for a trial, most can be removed after a while.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to turn off Kaspersky. We are looking for its icon in the tray, right-click, click "Exit". If a question appears about breaking active connections - click "Yes". If the program still does not close for some reason, go to the task manager (ctrl + alt + dlt), then the "Processes" tab and quit avp.exe forcibly.
Step 2
We go to the Start menu - All Programs. We are looking for a folder with Kaspersky there, open it. We find the item "Restore and Delete", click.
Step 3
We select "Delete". We mark the necessary items, click on.
Step 4
The main removal is complete. We reboot the computer.
Step 5
If you need to remove it cleanly, use CCleaner:
1. Download and install CCleaner
2. Run as administrator, select the "Registry" item, mark the same items as in the picture for the step.
3. "Search for problems".
4. Find all the errors where links to the former location of Kaspersky are displayed, mark them and click "Fix". (keep copies for every fireman). Now the computer.
