There is a known issue where instead of a screenshot from a movie taken by the traditional press of the PrtSc key, a black rectangle is obtained. Without going into details about the reasons for this strange Windows behavior, let's look at other ways to take screenshots from a video.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are used to watching videos using the Media Player Classic, which is present by default in any version of Windows, then you can save frames from a movie in a graphic format using a combination of "hot keys". While watching the movie, at the right moment press the keys alt="Image" and I. You will immediately be prompted to select the folder where the screenshot will be saved.
Step 2
Many people use the Light Allow player to watch movies. To take a screenshot with it, press the F12 key while viewing. The frame will be saved in the default folder. The folder path will be displayed on the screen. If you wish, you can go to the program settings and specify the folder that you need to save screenshots here.
