To create your own schematic diagrams, you need to understand at least a little bit of electronics. Without the ability to own a soldering iron and a drill, it is impossible to create your own circuit. You also need to know all the quantities (Ohm, Microfarad, etc.) and some terms (voltage, current, resistance). It is very important to know how the process of etching PCB boards, which are used both in industry and in radio engineering communities, is going on.

Step 1
According to the size of the drawing, it is necessary to select a suitable piece of PCB. Cut a piece, then file the jagged edges. Place the paper diagram of your device onto the board by folding the edges of the diagram on the board. Then wrap the edges with tape or duct tape. You will now need an awl to mark the preliminary drilling location. After applying all the drilling points, disconnect the paper circuit from the PCB board. Using a thin drill bit, drill the holes along the marks that were made with the awl.
Step 2
Then you need to process the board, namely, go over the board with a fine sandpaper to remove all the roughness. When sanding, do not touch the surface of the board that has been cleaned - you may leave greasy stains. If you did touch the board with your fingers, degrease its surface with alcohol (acetone).
Step 3
After drawing a pattern on the board, you need to prepare a solution in which your board will be etched. Today, there are many recipes for the preparation of such solutions. It all depends on your choice. Etching of boards is carried out in plastic or porcelain cuvettes. Do not forget that during etching, the PCB board must be periodically turned over. If you want to quickly etch the board, heat the solution to 50-60 degrees, but no more.

Once the board is etched, remove it and let it dry for a while, then sandpaper it again to smooth out any roughness.
