Boards for the sketched scheme can not only be ordered, but also made independently at home. Even a person who has not previously encountered microcircuits can cope with this process.

Necessary

  • - laser printer;
  • - soldering iron;
  • - scheme;
  • - textolite board;
  • - acetone;
  • - iron;
  • - ferric chloride solution.

Instructions

Step 1

Draw it yourself or download the diagram you want to make from the Internet. In this case, select the scale according to the size of the board, since you will have to translate the drawing. Print it using a laser printer on glossy paper. Purchase a special textolite board, it is easy to find it in radio stores in your city, then clean it, degrease it with acetone liquid.

Step 2

Preheat your iron to maximum temperature. After that, install the drawing of your circuit on the board, note that it must be fixed, since otherwise it is unlikely that you will be able to create a flat circuit. The direction of the drawing is downward, facing the board.

Step 3

Run a heated iron over it several times in a row, then let it cool slightly. Rinse the paper off under running tap water. When only toner and PCB remain on the board, turn off the water and leave the board to dry.

Step 4

Go to the etching process. It can take a certain amount of time from 10-15 minutes and up to an hour, depending on the situation. In a suitable container, dilute the ferric chloride solution with water. Put the dried board into it with the pattern down.

Step 5

When the process is complete, wipe the board with a dry cloth to completely remove any toner residues. Look at the schematic drawing again, and then drill the necessary holes according to the drawn plan. After that, clean it up again and go to the next step.

Step 6

Using a soldering iron, apply a layer of tin to the lines of the board. Install all the other small parts of the microcircuit and solder them, do not use a large amount of tin, so as not to damage the board. After that, you can check its work, after making sure that. That all the elements are firmly held on to it.
