Often 1C users ask themselves how to create a new database? The method of creating a database depends on the goal pursued in this case, for example, it is necessary to create a copy of the existing database, but without documents, or even the latest database is needed for a new accounting. Let's consider the case when it is necessary to create a completely empty base while maintaining the structure of the existing base using the example of 1C 7.7.
Instructions
Step 1
Navigate to the folder of the existing database. Copy the 1CV7. MD file from it to the folder where the new database will be created. Contrary to popular belief, copying the 1CV7. DD file is optional, it is generated automatically.
Step 2
Start 1C and add a new database.
Step 3
Open the created base in the configurator. It will be necessary to create a structure and base files. Make arbitrary changes to the metadata, for example, change the identifier and click "OK" and "Save", while answering "Yes" to the questions about the database reorganization.
Step 4
After the data reorganization is complete, copy all the folders of the old database to the new one. Next, you need to exclusively launch a new database and wait for its reorganization, after which it will be ready to work.
