Instructions
Step 1
First of all, try to activate the work in any way, for example, by moving the mouse. Touch the mouse and jerk it in several directions. Often some users confuse standby and hibernation. If that doesn't work, press any key on the keyboard or use the key to return to the previous Escape state. It is located in the upper left corner of any standard keyboard.
Step 2
Then try the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + alt="Image" + Delete. In the window that appears, you can select the "Restart computer" option to return the system to a functional state. The Power button on the keyboard can trigger the same action if the corresponding action has been assigned to that key.
Step 3
Otherwise, it is recommended to use the Reset button (the smaller button). Don't worry about the applications and open files you were working with, the memory dump was saved in a special file, so everything will be restored when the computer boots.
Step 4
If for some reason you are still unable to restart your computer, try disconnecting the power from the motherboard. To do this, you need to expand the system unit and press the switch that is located next to the fan of the power supply. After a short interval of elapsed time (5-7 seconds), turn on the computer again.
Step 5
It is also recommended not to use the hibernate or standby option if you experience problems exiting hibernation. Right-click an empty space on your desktop and select Properties.
Step 6
In the window that opens, go to the "Screensaver" tab and press the "Power" button. Go to the Hibernate tab and uncheck the Allow Hibernate option.
