An electronic digital signature can be added graphically to documents created in any of the MS Office applications, i.e. as it looks on handwritten paper. To do this, you need to create a separate file with her style.
It is necessary
- - scanner;
- - a sample of the outline of the signature;
- - Photoshop program of any version.
Instructions
Step 1
Sign on a blank sheet of paper. The size of your signature doesn't matter yet. Open Photoshop. Go to the "File" -> "Import" menu and select the model of the installed scanner from the menu that opens.
Step 2
Wait for the equipment to import the scanned document with your signature into Photoshop. Close the scanner application. Using the tool "Frame" ("crop"), crop the document to the size of the signature.
Step 3
Now we need to remove the background. Select it with the Magic Wand Tool with a tolerance of about 25-30 and hit Del. If you get a message that the image is locked, go to "Layer" -> "New" -> "From background", and the image will become available for editing. Then select the caption area with the Rectangular Selection tool and press Ctrl + C. This will copy the signature to the clipboard.
Step 4
Create a new file with Clipboard size settings and transparent background content. Press Ctrl + V or just drag the signature with the mouse pointer into a new file. If necessary, clean up the signature with the Eraser tool.
Step 5
Set the required image size. A signature with a width of approx. 100 pixels and corresponding vertical aspect ratio. To do this, go to "Image" -> "Image size" (or Alt + Ctrl + I), check the box "Maintain aspect ratio" and select the desired width of the image in pixels. The program will set the vertical size on its own.
Step 6
Save your signature in a format that supports background transparency. To do this, go to "File" -> "Save for Web", select the format (Preset) PNG-24, check the box in the Transparency field and click Save if you are satisfied with how your signature looks.
Step 7
Your graphic electronic signature is ready. This file can be added to Word, Excel, Access documents, and other Office applications. Unfortunately, this signature will not work for pdf documents.
