Step 1
You can buy bluetooth universal, that is, it will be comparable to absolutely any devices that have this technology. Modern bluetooth devices are connected via a USB interface.

Connect the bluetooth device to the usb interface on the computer. The hardware detection system (Plug And Play) should be triggered. If automatic hardware detection did not work, go to the properties of the computer, select "Device Manager", then right-click on the top line and click on the "Update hardware configuration" command.

After detecting a device, the system will automatically install drivers for it. The bluetooth device icon should appear at the bottom of the toolbar.

Now almost any bluetooth device comes with a separate set of drivers. If you bought a new bluetooth after connecting it to your computer, install the drivers from the disk. This will greatly expand the functionality of the device. Not only the driver is installed, but also the program with which it will be very convenient to use the device.
Step 5
After the drivers are installed, enter the program menu. Any program should have items "Search for devices" and "Paired devices". To connect compatible bluetooth devices, click on "Search for devices". When the program detects compatible bluetooth devices (laptop, PDA, phone), add them to the list of devices.

Now all bluetooth devices are available in the list of paired devices. Just select the desired device there and the command "Establish a connection".
