Almost all modern car simulation games allow you to use a game controller that simulates a car steering wheel as a control. For most users, installing it will not be a difficult task.
Instructions
Step 1
Modern gaming computer wheels are connected via a USB interface. USB connectivity features fully automatic hardware installation, and the game wheel is no exception.
Step 2
Place the steering wheel on a table, securing it with the clamp screw, place the pedals under the table where you can comfortably fit your feet, and connect the USB cable to one of the appropriate ports on your computer. The operating system will automatically search for device drivers, and report readiness for work.
Step 3
If Windows does not find a suitable driver for the game wheel, enter the "Device Manager" by right-clicking on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop. Find your gaming wheel in the list of installed hardware and right-click on it and select Update Drivers.
Step 4
Follow the prompts of the Add New Hardware Wizard to search for the driver on your computer. Usually, a suitable driver can be found on the disc that comes with the device. But if there is no such disk, you can download the required driver on the manufacturer's official website by selecting the device model and the version of your operating system.
Step 5
After the required driver is installed, and Windows notifies you that the new hardware is ready for work, you can start the game and select the game wheel as a control method.
