Initially, the popular Skype service was considered a means of voice communication between users within its subnet, using only personal computers. Now the development of Skype technologies has made it possible to introduce the possibility of calls to cellular and landline telephone numbers. Such an opportunity, of course, is paid, but many times cheaper than traditional methods of long-distance, international and intercontinental communication.

Instructions
Step 1
All that needs to be done in order to use international communication services in Skype is to replenish your personal account within the system, read the terms of tariffs and call.
Step 2
Top up your balance using one of the following payment systems: VISA, MasterCard, Moneybookers, PayByCash, Diners. Then choose the payment terms that suit you. There are two types of them, the first of which is that you pay directly for the full minutes of your calls, and the second is that you pay for a monthly package by choosing the required number of minutes and the countries you are going to call. It should be noted that the funds on the Skype account are canceled by the system if they are not used within 180 days.
Step 3
After you replenish your Skype account and familiarize yourself with the tariffication conditions, enter the Skype program installed on your computer. Then select the "Dial number" menu item, where you can enter the numbers of 170 countries of the world.
Step 4
Be prepared for the fact that in addition to the actual payment for the calls, you will also pay for the connection in those directions that are not included in the subscription to the tariff plan. For example, there are 20 countries in the “Europe” tariff plan. If you call one or more of these countries within the “Europe” tariff, you will not be charged for connection.
