Instructions
Step 1
If you deleted a file or folder to the trash, then there will be no problems with their recovery. To do this, you just need to go to the trash can, for which it is enough to double-click on its shortcut on the desktop or select the "Open" option with the right mouse button. After that, a new window will open in front of you, in which all previously deleted files will be presented. Find the object you need, right-click on it and click "Restore". In this case, the folder or other document will return to its original location, where it was before deletion. In the same way, you can restore several objects at the same time, having previously selected them with the mouse while holding down the Ctrl button.
Step 2
If you have already cleaned the basket, it will be a little more difficult. And for this you will have to use a special program designed to find lost files. The compact and functional Recuva, which will need to be installed on a computer, does an excellent job with this task. You can download the program on the Internet sites.
Step 3
Install the program, but not on the local drive where the deleted document was located (to search for files from the recycle bin, the program must be on drive D), and run it to search. Specify what exactly you want to find (text document, image, music, video, archive), and select the location of the file (for example, "Trash"). In the next window, check "Enable deep scanning" and click the "Start" button. Wait until the end of the search, select the document to be restored and specify exactly where it should be saved.
Step 4
To restore a deleted program, use the system rollback. To do this, from the "Start" menu on the desktop panel, go to the "Control Panel" section. Then select "Recovery" (in Windows 7) or from the "System and Security" menu under "Action Center" select "Restore the computer to a previous state." Click on this link and select the last reference point. Roll back the system, and your program will be on the computer again.
