The user can find material on the Internet on almost any topic. Sometimes it is enough for him to just read the information published on the site, and sometimes it becomes necessary to transfer it to paper. You can print a page from the Internet in different ways.

Instructions

Step 1

You can send a page to print directly in the browser window. Select the "Print" command from the "File" menu or press the key combination Ctrl and [P]. In many browsers (Opera, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome), this command can also be found in the context menu, which becomes available by right-clicking in the browser window.

Step 2

This method of printing is not always convenient, since the format of the Internet page may not coincide with the format of a plain paper sheet. In this case, you can try several options. Select the fragment of text that you need on the page, and set in the printer settings to print only the selected fragment (mark the required item in the printer dialog box with a marker or select the corresponding command from the drop-down menu).

Step 3

If the site has a link-link "Print version", click on it. The page will change. Mostly only the text will remain, perhaps the smilies will be displayed, but all the images that were on the page will disappear. Set the "Print" command in any way convenient for you. This web page is optimized for printing and the text will be placed correctly on the paper.

Step 4

You can also resort to a less convenient method. Select the material on the page and right-click on it. In the context menu, select the "Copy" command, the selected fragment will be placed on the clipboard. Alternative methods are the shortcut Ctrl and [C] or the "Copy" command in the "Edit" menu.

Step 5

Launch a text editor such as Microsoft Office Word, create a blank document and right-click in the workspace. Select "Paste" from the drop-down menu. The combination of the Ctrl and [V] keys or the "Paste" button on the "Home" tab in the "Clipboard" section will also allow you to paste material from the clipboard into the document.

Step 6

After that, edit the text as necessary and send it to print through the "File" menu and the "Print" command. If quick buttons are configured, click the printer button on the toolbar.
