Step 1
Click on an empty area of the desktop with the right mouse button. A context menu will appear, in which select the "Personalization" tab. A window with ready-made themes will pop up. But at the bottom, you can select theme components individually. To do this, click on the line "Desktop background" and in the window that appears, select a picture for the desktop. There is a Browse button at the top of the window. By clicking it, you will get access to the files that are stored on your computer. Select one desired picture or several at the same time.

If you have selected multiple images, find the line “Change image every” at the bottom. In this line, set the time interval after which the pictures on the screen will change. In the lower left corner of the window, select the line "Change desktop background". In the window that appears, select the desired background, and then click "Save Changes".
Step 3
Now you need to choose the colors of the window. Click on the line "Window Color". A menu will appear, where select the color of the window, set its transparency. In the line "Additional design parameters" there is an opportunity to customize the color of the window in more detail. After selecting all the necessary parameters, save the changes.
Step 4
Then select the "Sounds" tab. Here you can choose the sound scheme for Windows or customize it to your liking. Pick the sound you want and save your changes.
Step 5
Then select the "Screensavers" tab. Click on the arrow and a list of screensavers will appear, where select the one you need. You can also set the period of time after which, if you do not use the computer, the screen saver appears.
Step 6
Your theme is now in the top My Themes window. On the right there will be a line "Save theme". Click on it. A line will appear in which enter the name of the topic and click "Save". Your own theme will be saved.
