Step 1
In order to save working space, computer keys are multifunctional: the same buttons in certain combinations may have different meanings. Take a close look at the keys on your computer. Each of them contains 2 or more symbols, and they differ in color. In the upper left corner are the letters of the Latin (English) alphabet, as well as punctuation and extra-text characters, which are activated after the keyboard is translated into the English layout. In the lower right corner of the key, there are the values that it has when setting the Russian layout. Note that this feature applies not only to the letter-valued keys, but also to the numeric keypad.
Step 2
To change the language in which your text document will be printed, press simultaneously the key combination "Ctrl + Shift". On some computers, the action of changing the keyboard layout is performed by the "Ctrl + Alt" keys. It doesn't matter if you use these buttons on the right of your keyboard or on the left, they are equivalent.
Step 3
You can change the letters on the keyboard with the mouse. On the "Taskbar" of your computer, next to the clock platform, there is a window for changing the language - "Language bar". So it is written "RU" or "EN", depending on the value currently set. Left-click on the "Language bar" and in the context menu that opens, select the language that you need now. Click on the desired value with the left mouse button. A special checkbox will appear next to it, and the keyboard buttons will start typing in a different language.
Step 4
In computer games, convenient control is most important, therefore their settings allow you to change the meaning of the main buttons. As a rule, you can change the commands executed by the keys in the "Settings" or "Control" section of your game.
